the design process

Stage One: Project Definitions
Defining your project consists of determining your main goals/purpose for the website, analyzing your competitors’ sites, and determining your target audience. Define what content needs to be included on the new website and group that content into categories that will be used as your primary navigation headings. Using that content, we will create a sitemap to show the page structure of your new website. In the case of multi-faceted sites, we will prioritize functionality into phases to create a timeline and budget for all functionality to be added.

Stage Two: Strategic Design
All Yours Solutions will design and present a number of mockups based on the sitemap, audience, and goals determined in stage one above.

Stage Three: Site Development
Most of our complex site designs are broken into phases so we can get your new design and most important content up first and integrate other features in a later phase(s). We can either develop the entire site on a test platform and then overwrite your old content. This method of development leaves your old site up while we are developing your new site. Or if you are anxious to get your new site up on your domain as quickly as possible, we can develop the site right on your domain.

Stage Four: Statistical Analysis
We will implement a site statistics program so that we can analyze and monitor the effects of our changes. We will continue to watch for trends and capitolize on them.
